Orders are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods (detailed below). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, chosen method, and delivery location within India. These costs are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery: 5 business days.

3 Delivery and Risk of Loss

• Delivery Area: We currently ship within India. International shipping is available upon request (contact connect@legendinnovators.com for a quote).
• Delivery Timeframes: The delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, unforeseen circumstances).
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping carrier. We provide proof of delivery as confirmation.

4 Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email via the courier's website or app.

5 Damaged or Lost Packages

• Damaged Packages: Refuse delivery and immediately contact us at connect@legendinnovators.com with photographic evidence of damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment.
• Lost Packages: Report lost packages within 2 business days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the courier and take appropriate action. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either issue a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment at our discretion.

6 Returns and Refunds (for damaged or lost packages only)

Refunds for damaged or lost packages will be processed within 30 business days of confirmation of the damage or loss. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

7Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
