Terms & Conditions

Legend Innovators Consortium (LICON) - Terms and Conditions

By submitting a membership application, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are also published on our Terms and Conditions webpage for your review and acceptance prior to application submission.

I. Definitions :


  1. Legend Innovators: Refers to Legend Innovators [Insert Legal Entity Name and Address], the entity operating the LICON program.
  2. Client: Refers to any individual, entity, or organization that engages Legend Innovators or a LICON member for services.
  3. LICON Member: Refers to any entity that has been accepted into the Legend Innovators Consortium (LICON) following the Membership Process.

II. Membership Process :


  1. Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of INR 950 + applicable GST is payable upon application submission.
  2. Interview Process: Upon application approval, Legend Innovators will contact you to schedule an interview to confirm your LICON membership.
  3. Membership Confirmation: Membership confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided in your application.

III. LICON Member Duties & Responsibilities :


  1. Accurate Information: All information provided in the application must be accurate and complete. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate membership termination.
  2. Compliance: Members comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the LICON Code of Conduct (provided separately).
  3. Confidentiality: Members maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or data shared within the LICON network.
  4. Cooperation: Members fully cooperate with Legend Innovators and other LICON members to foster a collaborative environment.
  5. Intellectual Property: Each member retains ownership of its intellectual property. By joining LICON, you grant Legend Innovators a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your company logo and a brief description for promotional purposes related to LICON.
  6. Marketing & Promotion: Members are responsible for their own marketing and promotion efforts. Participation in LICON events is encouraged but not mandatory.
  7. Client Agreements: LICON members may not enter into any contract or agreement with Legend Innovators' clients for any project without Legend Innovators' prior written consent. All projects must be undertaken through a mutually agreed-upon Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Legend Innovators.
  8. MOU Requirement: For all projects secured through LICON, a separate MOU will be executed between Legend Innovators and the relevant LICON member before commencement of work. The terms of the MOU will govern the project execution.
  9. Professional Integrity: LICON members maintain professional integrity in all interactions with Legend Innovators and its clients.

IV. Legend Innovators' Duties & Responsibilities :


  1. Mentoring & Support: Legend Innovators provides ongoing guidance and resources (as detailed in the LICON Member Handbook).
  2. Networking Opportunities: Legend Innovators facilitates networking among LICON members and clients.
  3. Platform Access: Legend Innovators provides access to the LICON platform and resources.
  4. Code of Conduct Enforcement: Legend Innovators enforces the LICON Code of Conduct.
  5. Consortium Formation: Legend Innovators may form consortia for specific projects. In such cases, Legend Innovators will act as the lead partner and will enter into a separate consortium agreement with the involved LICON members.

V. Termination of Membership :


  1. Breach of Terms: Legend Innovators may terminate membership for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the LICON Code of Conduct.
  2. Non-Payment: Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination.
  3. Non-Renewal: Legend Innovators reserves the right not to renew membership.

VI. Liability & Indemnification :


  1. No Liability:Legend Innovators is not liable for member losses or damages resulting from LICON participation.
  2. Indemnification: Members indemnify and hold harmless Legend Innovators from any claims arising from their actions or omissions.

VII. Dispute Resolution :


  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

VIII. Governing Law :


  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

IX. Entire Agreement :


  • These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between Legend Innovators and the member.
